Shida Neshat Architect is an architectural firm in Greater Vancouver, BC, Canada with over 19 years of local Architecture and building design experience and over eight years of international experience bestowed from: SNB Architecture + Planning Inc., Shida Neshat Building Design Consultant Inc., and Shida Neshat Design.

 

In addition to architectural design, SNA offers advisory consultation in sustainable design, urban planning and design as well as interior design which complement the wide range of services to its clients.

 

Shida Neshat’s professional practice in architecture started in 1989 when she received her license to practice architecture from the Iranian Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in Tehran.

 

Ms. Neshat’s extensive work experience enables her firm Shida Neshat Architect to offer architectural and consultation services in different areas of architectural specialization. This includes: design of new buildings as well as conversion, remodeling, renovation and addition to existing buildings.

 

Other services provided by Shida Neshat Architect include tenant improvements in different types of buildings including heritage designated buildings. 

 

Before registration as an architect in Canada, Shida has worked for many reputable architects in BC on different types of projects from concept design and working-drawings to preparation of construction documents and construction  administration. This includes single family residence, multiple-family conversion/ restoration/ addition with coach house, low-rise condominium, mixed-used residential/ commercial high-rise, hotel, spa, government office, dormitory , hospital and regional clinics, as well as, tenant improvements and change of use for different types of suites in larger and heritage buildings.
